I cannot find anything on this. Can anyone tell me if there is a price increase for clients for on any or all subscriptions on QBO? I wish I felt differently and was having a different experience, but I have not found QBO support helpful or efficient. Our searches and reporting takes longer and is harder to do and we have spent time and money to try to get answers and resolve. I find Intuit has not made real help very accessible. I have read the articles around the increase and after the incredible jump with the previous hikes, I do not find the company messaging on this representative of what is actually happening: small business owners and maybe larger businesses--I can only speak for companies like mine are getting squeezed.

I have been with QBO for awhile now and have found the price increases aggressive. Is anyone else finding the amount raised and the frequency of the hikes hard to accept? It seems out of touch with small business and extremely insensitive to the fact that many of us are trying to get out of a hole from the pandemic.
Here is what I sent in response to their latest email about the latest increase. Not good Not good from this users persective. Consider switching to another accounting app with a lower fee. Otherwise, you may open a new blank QBO account to get the discounted rate and clone your data with another app as a workaround to lower your cost.
I got the same increase. And I am not happy about it. The so-called 'perks' that come with the increase do not benefit me at all. I wouldn't mind seeing an option to stay on the current plan and current benefits without the add ons, for the existing price. Instead of hiking everybody rate, make an option to increase your services for an increase in price.
For the ones that will not benefit from the increase and are happy with their current plan, they should be able to keep the current rate and services. Bad move on QuickBooks part. That is too much of an increase in a short amount of time. Is this due to covid? I kind of want to know the reasoning since I know a lot of people using this service. I have been happy so far with the services but this sudden price increase needs to be explained more.
I agree, we are a small non-profit and if this amount of increase goes on year after year it will cause us to quit using QB online!! These so called improvements DO NOT help us either and would also like to have more options to choose from to keep costs lower!!!!!!
Raising prices this much after and during a major pandemic which has hurt ALL small businesses is criminal! NOT a good business move Intuit!!! I agree. These new additions DO NOT help us either and we need more choices of what we can select and the cost reflect those choices. These types of increases in times of a current pandemic which has affected all small businesses is criminal!! Not a good move Intuit!!!!!! Since I started with QBO exactly none of the improvements have benefited me in the least.
I would appreciate it if they fixed the things I've complained about though. I'm paying double for the added bloat and zero improvement.

The contradiction between the talk of being for small businesses and the action of continuing to hike the price on small businesses sends a very strong message. This additional price is a debilitating kick in the gut. The price of this program keeps going up at an alarming rate, without becoming more cost effective to use.
